Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email, depending on the courier service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate contact details are provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Zahra Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence so we can assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Pakistan. International shipping availability may vary and additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
