Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at zahracosmatics@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

• A damaged item

• A defective product

• An incorrect item (different from what you ordered)

• A product with broken, leaking, or tampered packaging

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zahracosmatics@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Zahra Cosmetics reserves the right to assess the issue before approving any replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care products, including skincare and cosmetic items, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
